Cancellation Policy
Mindful Mane Studio requires a credit card to hold each reservation. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation 48 hours notice is required.
> If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours , 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed will be charged to the card on file.
> If your appointment is cancelled in LESS than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged for the full amount of the services booked. No shows and same day cancellations are included under this policy and will be charged for the full amount of the services booked.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.
